Lateral Bends Chair Class

It seemed like another chair class was overdue! This is actually a yoga therapy group class I created for folks with balance and hip issues complicated by the condition of peripheral neuropathy (the loss of sensation or pain in the periphery - the hands and feet).

It's a 'teachers class'. I hope you enjoy!
