This class was filmed live on 10/5/20 for a group of people who had been reporting feelings of anxiety and an inability to sleep because they felt they couldn't shut down their minds at the end of a stressful day.
The movements are designed to release tension in the body and, more importantly, to develop the 4 parts of the breath for a formal pranayama practice.
