This is a chair-based yoga therapy practice with a full pranayama (breathing) practice for anyone who is concerned about the Coronavirus epidemic, the health of their lungs, improving the immune function and lowering overall stress.
Your Instructor
Samantha Leonard is a CIAYT Viniyoga Therapist with over 20K hours of education and experience addressing structural, mental/emotional, physiological and neurological conditions.
She is the founder and creative director of Davidson Yoga Therapy and Charlotte Yoga Therapy and has been a long-time featured educator for Universities, No Barriers USA, Ingersoll Rand, Novant, CMC/Atrium, Sanger Heart Clinic, Levine Cancer Institute, Charlotte CREW and the National Association of Social Workers
